Kanban Systems Improvements (KSI) systematically builds on the foundations established in KSD or your existing Kanban knowledge. By focusing on the complex requirements of a multi-member organization, KSI analyzes how to sustain the benefits beyond the initial improvements of a successful Kanban implementation.
KSI addresses the need to ensure that better products and services lead to higher customer satisfaction and business performance through solid management and understanding of the seven cadences that Kanban provides.
This course provides the essential tools for those who want to build a learning organization and leverage the many services that connect and interact.
Requirements:
- People who are currently using a Kanban system and have already gained experience with Kanban.
- People who take responsibility for improving the delivery of products and services to their technology and service company customers.
A "Certificate of Completion" is awarded for participation in the KSI training.
Participants who have completed the Kanban System Design (KSD) and Kanban Systems Improvements (KSI) training receive the "Kanban Management Professional" certificate.
