The Business Owner (BO) training provides you with all the important knowledge you need for your role as BO in the SAFe® context.
The course looks at both your role as a person who helps to establish SAFe® in the organisation and the activities in which you become active as a BO within the system. After the course, you will understand what is required of a BO, how a BO defines value streams and how they act as a stakeholder within the train. With this knowledge, you will be a key accelerator of your transformation. The quality of agile working depends largely on your role-compliant understanding and actions in the new agile process organisation.
But even if you have not yet cut off all the old threads in the transformation, this training is still interesting.
