A "Growth Mindset" describes the way of thinking that success is based on constant learning, training and hard work. This attitude is the basis of agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe®. With the approaches of the "Growth Mindset" companies are supported in the sustainable development to a "learning organization".

In the training, experienced Agile Coaches show the basics of "Growth Mindset" as well as approaches towards Growth Mindset and let the participants work out topics and make their own experiences on "Growth Mindset" in many practical exercises.
Learning Objectives
- In a 2-hour workshop, participants will get an overview of the characteristics of the Growth Mindset and learn from it how a Growth Mindset supports them to grow & succeed from challenges, obstacles and also setbacks.
- In many practical exercises, starting points are conveyed to align one's own thinking & actions with a "Growth Mindset" and to put it into practice in one's own company.
